Configuration and Accounts Receivable

Settings in Configuration affect what you are able to view, as well as the tasks that you are able to complete, in Accounts Receivable.

Option	Description	Location
Accounts Receivable Comment Review Access	This option controls whether or not you can see invoice comments in Accounts Receivable and on reports.	Accounting Tab of Role Security, in Security Configuration
Accounts Receivable Comment Update Access	This option controls whether you can edit your own comments, or those made by other users, on the AR Comments dialog box in Accounts Receivable.
AR Aging (alert)	You can set up AR Aging alerts that send messages to team members when the balance for a client, project, or invoice hits an aging limit and is considered overdue.	AR Aging Alerts, in Alerts Configuration
