Insert a Table with the Text Editor

You can use the Text Editor to insert a table of information.

Tables are not brought into Vision reports and invoices. You see the tables when you view the Text Editor text on your screen, but they do not display in reports and invoices that contain the Text Editor text.

To insert a table, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Text Editor dialog box, place the cursor where you want to locate a new table, and click .
  2. On the Insert Table dialog box, modify the fields on the Insert Table dialog box to customize the table. You can modify the following fields:
    • Number of columns
    • Number of rows
    • AutoFit to page width
    • Fixed column width
    • Header
    • Allow rows to break across pages
  3. Click OK to return to the Text Editor dialog box and enter information in the table.
