Use a Saved Search

If you have saved Advanced or SQL WHERE clause searches, you can re-use them.

To use a saved search, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Search tab of the Resource Utilization form or the Generic Resource Assignments form , click   Advanced Search.
  2. On the Save Searches dialog box, double-click the saved search that you want to retrieve.

    The Advanced Search field displays <based on selected records>.

  3. Click Search for Vision to conduct the search.

    The search results and matching resource information display in the Results section of the tab.
