Change Column Order

Columns appear on a report in the order that they are listed on the Columns tab in the Options dialog box. The first selected column in the list is printed as the first report column and the last selected column is the last column printed. To change that order, you move columns up or down in the list.

To move a column, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Columns tab on the Options dialog box.
  2. If all selected columns are not grouped at the top of the list, click Move to top.
  3. Click in the row for the column you want to move.
  4. Click to move the column up or click to move it down.
  5. After you set all report options, click Apply.
