Reload VPM Workbooks

Reload one workbook or all workbooks to publish the latest version of your workbook in Vision.

After making changes to KPIs, or selecting Show Sheets as Tab in the grid, or changing the Organization Level to Use settings, it is important to reload those workbooks to publish the changes.

To reload VPM workbooks, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > Performance Management.
2. Select the workbook or select multiple workbooks you want to reload in the Workbook grid. You can skip this step if you want to reload all the workbooks.
3. On the Workbook grid toolbar, click one of the following options:

   Option	Description
   Reload	Click this option to reload the selected workbook or multiple workbooks.
   Reload All	Click this option to reload all of the workbooks. Clicking Reload All will also re-apply all of the KPIs to all the workbooks.

   Vision displays a prompt that asks you to confirm that you want to continue reloading the workbooks. Click Yes to continue, or click No if you do not want to reload the workbooks.

The reload process can take time depending on the number of workbooks. A status message of the reload process will display after the process is completed. If a required measure was not properly configured in the Analysis Cubes configuration, a corresponding message will appear. Configure the Analysis Cubes measures and reload the workbooks again.
