Print the Expense Categories Report

You print the Expense Categories report in Time & Expense Configuration.

To print an Expense Categories report, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Navigation menu, click Configuration > Time & Expense > Expense Categories.

    Vision opens the Expense Categories form.

  2. To select an employee group, complete one of the following steps:
    • Enter all or a portion of the group name in the Search field.

    • Click to select the employee group from the Expense Category Lookup.

    You do not have to select a group if you want to include all groups in the report.
  3. Complete one of the following actions:
    Option Description
    To include only the current group on the report Click Print and select Print Current Group.
    To include all groups on the report Click Print and select Print All Groups.
    Vision displays the Preview page of the Expense Categories report.
  4. Click on the Preview page. Vision displays the Print dialog box, where you can do the following:
    • Select the paper size and source.
    • Select the number of copies you want to print.
    • Select the Printer.
    • Print the Expense Categories report.
