Merge Signature Images (Section H and Part II)

You can sign the SF330 form (Section H and Part II) with a signature graphic. If you chose the Signature option on the 330 Preferences form, you can insert a signature graphic into the SF330 form.

To place a signature in a merged SF330 proposal document, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the merged proposal document in Microsoft Word. For each block where you specified a signature image, the graphic placeholder (Picture<[Signature],p,p,l>) shows the path and filename of the signature image from the Files Tab of the signor's Employee Info Center record.
  2. On the Vision Word Macro toolbar, click the Vision Graphics button.
  3. On the Vision Graphics Macro dialog box, click the Continue button when the procedure is complete. The signature image displays in the merged proposal document, in front of the form text for the signor blocks.
  4. If you want the signature image to display behind the form text, click the Text Wrapping button on Word's Picture toolbar and then click Behind Text. You may need to click the Behind Text button more than once.
  5. To change the location of the signature image in the Signature block, complete the following actions:
    1. Open Microsoft Word's Drawing toolbar.
    2. On the Drawing toolbar, click the Select Objects button.
    3. Select and move the signature image.
