Contents of the Key Convert Liability Codes Form

Select the liability codes to combine or change.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Liability Codes	Select this option if you want to consolidate existing codes. Vision allows you to enter an existing liability code in the New Liability Code field.
Liability Code	Select the liability codes that you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Liability Code lookup to select one liability code. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Liability Code lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all liability codes.
Name	This field displays the name of the liability code. Click this field to go to Liability Code Setup, where you can modify liability code data.
New Liability Code	Enter a new liability code. Or, if you selected the Combine Existing Liability Codes option, enter an existing liability code.
