Change the Sort Order

Vision applies sorting and grouping criteria in the order that they are listed on the Sorting/Grouping tab of the Options dialog box. Vision first sorts by the first selected criterion in the list, then by the second, and so on. To change that order, move criteria up or down in the list.

To move a sort criterion, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Sorting/Grouping tab in the Options dialog box.
  2. If all selected criteria are not grouped at the top of the list, click Move to top.
  3. Click in the row for the criterion that you want to move.
  4. Click to move the criterion up or click to move it down.
  5. After you set all report options, click Apply.
