View Supporting Documents in Expense Report Line Item Approvals

You can review the documents that are associated with an expense line item.

The supporting documents are uploaded and attached to employee expense reports in Time & Expense > Expense Report.
To view a document on the Supporting Document dialog box, complete the following steps:
  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Time and Expense > Expense Report Line Approval.
  2. In the Line Item grid of the General tab, click the document icon in the Document column
  3. On the Supporting Document dialog box, select the document to view and click View. A viewer displays, showing a preview of the document in PDF format. Vision converts all uploaded documents, regardless of their original format, to PDF format.
  4. Click the X in the right corner of the viewer to close the display.
