Project Examples - Employee Info Center

You can associate project records with employee records.

Example One

If you open the employee record for Steve Wood and add The City of Cambridge to the Projects grid on the Employee Info Center form:

• The City of Cambridge and related project information displays in the Projects grid on the Projects tab of Steve Wood's employee record.

• Steve Wood and related employee information displays in the Employees grid on the Team tab of The City of Cambridge's project record.

If you open the employee record for Steve Wood and remove The City of Cambridge from the Projects grid:

• The City of Cambridge and related project information no longer displays in the Projects grid on the Projects tab of Steve Wood's employee record.

• Steve Wood and related employee information no longer displays in the Employees grid on the Team tab of The City of Cambridge's project record.

Example Two

If you open the project record for The City of Cambridge and add Steve Wood to the Employees grid on the Project Info Center form:

• Steve Wood and related employee information displays in the Employees grid on the Team tab of The City of Cambridge's project record.

• The City of Cambridge and related project information displays in the Projects grid on the Projects tab of Steve Wood's employee record.

If you open the project record for The City of Cambridge and remove Steve Wood from the Employees grid:

• Steve Wood and related employee information no longer displays in the Employees grid on the Team tab of The City of Cambridge's project record.

• The City of Cambridge and related project information no longer displays in the Projects grid on the Projects tab of Steve Wood's employee record.
