Select or Clear Multiple Fields for Analysis Cubes

You can select or clear multiple fields (dimensions and measures) for the data cubes.

To select or clear multiple measures in the list at one time, complete the following steps:

1. To select the first measure, click the first blank cell (to the left of the Select check box column) in the measure's row in the grid.
2. Select the remaining measures:

   • To select measures in adjoining rows in the grid, press the SHIFT key on the keyboard, and select the last measure by clicking the first blank cell in its row. All of the measures in the adjoining rows are highlighted.

   • To select measures in non-adjoining rows in the grid, press the CTRL key on the keyboard, and select the remaining measures by clicking the first blank cell in each row. All of the non-adjoining measures are highlighted.

3. Click the Select option on the grid toolbar to select all the options or click Deselect to clear them.
