Open the Activity Dialog Box from an Info Center Record

You can open the Activity dialog box from a Client, Contact, Lead, Marketing Campaign, Employee, Opportunity, or Project Info Center record.

To open the Activity dialog box from an Info Center record, complete the following steps:

  1. Open an Info Center.
  2. Click the Activities tab or, for the Employee Info Center, click the CRM Info tab.
  3. Complete one of the following actions:
    1. On the Activities tab or CRM Info tab, click Insert on the Activities grid toolbar.
    2. In the Activities grid on the Activities tab or CRM Info tab, click a row that contains an activity. Then click Insert on the grid toolbar.
