Client Examples - Employee Info Center

You can associate client records with employee records.

Example One

If you open the employee record for Evan Plumb and add Columbia University to the Clients grid of the Employee Info Center form:

• Columbia University and related client information displays in the Clients grid on the Associations tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.

• Evan Plumb and related employee information displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Columbia University's client record.

If you open the employee record for Evan Plumb and remove Columbia University from the Clients grid:

• Columbia University and related client information no longer displays in the Clients grid on the Associations tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.

• Evan Plumb and related employee information no longer displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Columbia University's client record.

Example Two

If you open the client record for Columbia University and add Evan Plumb to the Employees grid of the Client Info Center:

• Evan Plumb and related employee information displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Columbia University's client record.

• Columbia University and related client information displays in the Clients grid on the Clients tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.

If you open the client record for Columbia University and remove Evan Plumb from the Employees grid:

• Evan Plumb and related employee information no longer displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Columbia University's client record.

• Columbia University and related client information no longer displays in the Clients grid on the Clients tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.
