Procedures for Spreading Amounts Across Accordion Calendar Grids

Planning calculates and spreads hours and costs across calendar periods and rows in accordion calendar grids.

If the start and finish dates match, Vision spreads entered amounts equally among all subsequent indented rows. For example, if the start and finish dates are both 4/30/2016, and there are 100 planned hours, Vision spreads those hours evenly for the child task rows. If there are three child task rows, they are each assigned 33.3, with one assigned 33.4 to round to an even number.
