Employee Experience Information

You can specify education, license, and skill data when using the Named Resources tab to search for employees. You must conduct an employee search before you can view the employee's utilization and schedule information to determine which employees are an appropriate fit for your criteria.

Vision tracks the following experience information for employee resources:

  • Education — Degree, Specialty, Institution, Year, and Include on Proposals

  • Licenses — License, Earned, State, Number, Expiration, Last Renewal, and Include on Proposals

  • Skills — Skill, Level, and Primary Skill

The lookup values for Education, Licenses, and Skills are managed by the Vision Administrator and set up in Configuration > General > Code Tables. The code tables that your firm uses depend on the Vision modules that were purchased.

You enter employee skill information on the Education, Licenses, and Skills grids on the Experience Tab of the Employee Info Center.
