Delete a Document from all Transaction Lines

You can delete a document that's associated with multiple transaction lines.

To delete a document from all transaction lines on the grid, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Supporting Document dialog box, select the document that you want to remove.
  2. Click the Delete toolbar button on the Supporting Document dialog box. If this document is only associated with the current transaction, it is deleted. If the document is associated with at least one other transaction on the grid, a confirmation message displays and you can click Yes to confirm the deletion.
