Missing Billing Terms List
The Missing Billing Terms List shows the project number and project name of each project that does not have billing terms.
Projects Included
By default, the list includes only regular projects. To include overhead projects on the report, click in the Selection column in the Reports grid, click to open the Lookup, and set up the criteria to select your overhead projects.
Multicurrency
If you are using the Multicurrency feature, you can also use this report to identify projects for which both of the following are true:
- The project has no billing terms, or it has No labor billing as the labor method in its billing terms.
- The project's billing currency is different than the currency for the labor rate table or the override table specified on the Labor tab in the Reporting Default Terms form.
When such projects are included in certain processes or reports, Vision displays a message to notify you that you must correct the currency discrepancies before you can run the process or generate the report for those projects. To identify the specific projects for which you need to modify either billing terms or billing currency, generate the Missing Billing Terms List with Include only Projects that have no labor terms and cannot use Reporting Default Terms selected on the General tab of the Options dialog box. That report displays only the projects that meet the criteria listed above.
Options Dialog Box
Use the Options dialog box to specify reporting options for a report. Depending on the report, the dialog box contains one or more of the following tabs: General, Sorting/Grouping, Columns, Budget, Metrics, User Defined Sections, Activity, Drill Down, Layout, and Graph.
