Convert Liability Code Keys

Use the Liability Code Key Conversion utility to change a liability code or to close out (consolidate) liability code data into a single liability code.

You can consolidate data between two existing liability codes. Alternatively, you can set up a new liability code in which to close out liability codes that are no longer in use.

The Liability Code Key Conversion utility is only available if your company has installed Accounting, Billing, Planning, Expense, or Time.

Prerequisite: Back up your Vision database.

To change liability codes:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Liability Codes.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Liability Codes form.
3. Select one of the following actions:

   Option	Description
   To save the conversion to run later	Click Save.
   To run the conversion now	Click Run.
   To schedule the conversion to run on a regular basis via the process server	Click Schedule and complete the Schedule dialog box.
