Convert Client Number Formats

Use the Key Convert Client Format utility to reformat the length, delimiter, or delimiter position for your client numbers.

Prerequisite: Back up your Vision database.

To reformat client numbers:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Formats > Clients.
2. Complete the fields on the Key Convert Client Format form.
3. Review the Sample Value field to see the format as it will be after the key conversion is run.
4. Click Run.
