Identifying Asset Items with an Active or Inactive Status

You can produce a list of only active or inactive asset items.

This helps you identify the asset items that you need to change from inactive to active. Only asset items with a status of active can have depreciation processed for them.

You enter the status of an asset item in the Asset Status field on the GL Book tab in the Equipment Info Center.

You can list asset items by status on the Equipment lookup, accessed via the Equipment Info Center form or the Asset Review form.
