You can add or delete attendees, contacts, and leads for activities.

In most cases, when you schedule an activity, your name and title are automatically added to the Attendees grid, based on your log on credentials. - Delete an Attendee from an Activity
When you delete an attendee from an activity, Vision removes the employee from the activity schedule and deletes the employee from the Attendees grid. - Add a Contact to an Activity
When you schedule an activity, you can enter one contact name in the Primary Contact field on the Detail tab of the Activity dialog box. Use the Contacts tab to associate additional contacts with the activity. - Delete a Contact from an Activity
When you delete a contact from an activity, Vision removes the contact from the activity schedule and deletes the contact from the Contacts grid. Contacts are not notified when they are removed from an activity. - Add a Lead to an Activity
When you schedule an activity, you can enter one lead name in the Primary Lead field on the Detail tab of the Activity dialog box. Use the Leads tab to associate additional leads with the activity. Vision adds the lead to the activity schedule and adds the lead's name to the Leads grid on the Leads tab. - Delete a Lead from an Activity
When you delete a lead from an activity, Vision removes the lead from the activity schedule and deletes the lead from the Leads grid.
