Web Part Name
|
Use this field to enter the name you'd like to assign to the web dashpart.

Address Type
|
Use this drop-down list to select the address type based on the web source. The following address types are available:
- HTTP
- FTP
- File
- Web Outlook
- Web Outlook 2007
- Report
|
URL
|
Use this field to enter the URL address if the address type you selected uses a URL address like HTTP. This field is only enabled when a URL-related address type is selected.

Server URL
|
Use this field to enter the server address when a Microsoft Outlook-related address type is selected. This field only displays if a Microsoft Outlook-related address type is used.
|
Outlook Folder
|
Use this field to select the folder of the Microsoft Outlook account that will be visible in the web dashpart. This field is only enabled when a Microsoft Outlook-related address type is selected.

Report Favorite
|
Use this drop-down list to select a report favorite that will appear in the web dashpart. Each report favorite also displays the corresponding report type, such as Employees or
Projects. The report favorite name displays as the dashpart name, but you can modify it.
This field only displays if the
Report address type is selected.

Hide Toolbar
|
Select this option to hide the Reporting toolbar on the web dashpart.
This field only displays if the
Report address type is selected.
|
Always Rebuild
|
If you want the report to be rerun each time that you refresh the Dashboard, select the
Always Rebuild check box.
If you do not select this check box, the dashpart displays the report as it was rendered the last time that it was run. You must rerun the report in the Reporting application before you load the Dashboard.
You can click the
Refresh icon in the report toolbar to force the report to be rebuilt, even if the
Always Rebuild check box was not selected.
This field only displays if the
Report address type is selected.

User
|
Use this field to enter the user name of the Microsoft Outlook account that you want to use. By default, the value is [USERNAME]. If you do not change the default value, then you will see the Outlook screen of the person currently logged in.
This field is only enabled when a Microsoft Outlook-related address type is selected.

Personal
|
Select this option to make the access to the web dashpart restricted to you.
|
Access to all roles
|
Select this option to allow all users to access the web dashpart. This option is only available if the
Personal option is not selected.
|
Available Roles
|
This section lists all available roles that can be selected to set up the role access for the web dashpart. To select the roles that can access the web dashpart, select a role, and click
Add. The selected roles will be transferred to the
Assigned Roles section.
This option is only available if the
Personal option is not selected.

Assigned Roles
|
This section lists all roles that can access the web dashpart. To remove a role from the list, select a role, and click
Remove. The selected roles will be transferred to the
Available Roles section.
This option is only available if the
Personal option is not selected.

Add
|
Click this button to transfer a selected role from the
Available Roles section to the
Assigned Roles section.
This option is only available if the
Personal option is not selected.
|
Remove
|
Click this button to transfer a selected role from the
Assigned Roles section to the
Available Roles section.
This option is only available if the
Personal option is not selected.

Save
|
Click this button to save your changes and close the Add Web Dashpart dialog box.
|
Cancel
|
Click this button to close the Add Web Dashpart dialog box without saving the changes that you made.
