Screen Tips for Resource Management Grids
The Resource Management grids include screen tips. To view these tips, move your mouse over an icon on the Resource Management grid columns.

This icon identifies the Info column on the results grid. See the icons displayed in this column to identify details about each row. |

Vision displays this icon in the Info column on the plan row when the plan has the Include in Utilization and Project Reports option selected on the General tab of Project Planning. (This icon does not display on task rows.) |

Vision displays the check mark icon for plans where the employee is set as the project manager for the plan and you select the Identify Which Plans I Manage option on the Options tab of the task pane for Resource Utilization. (This icon does not display on task rows.) |
Caution

If you are using iAccess and there are iAccess plans shown that have unpublished changes, Vision displays a Caution indicator as an alert that you are not viewing the most current data. |
