Specify the Client Address for Invoices and Contact for the AR Aged Report

At the beginning of each billing session, you must specify the addressee to use on invoices in the Invoice Addressee field on the Billing Session Options dialog box. You can select line 1 of the Billing Client's Billing Address, the Client Name, or the Contact Name.

To print the contact and phone number on the AR Aged report, you must specify a contact in Billing Terms. If you do not select a contact in Billing Terms, contact names and phone numbers do not display on the AR Aged report. This is true even if you select the Contact and Telephone setting for the Client info to display option on the Options tab of the AR Aged report.

To specify the client address in Billing Terms, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Billing Terms.
  2. On the Billing Terms form, open the project for which you want to specify a billing address.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. In the Billing Client field, enter or select a client name.
  5. In the Billing Contact field, enter or select a contact name. The billing contact's name displays along with the address on the invoice.
  6. In the Billing Address field, specify the address. By default, the address specified in the Billing Address field on the Accounting tab of the Project Info Center displays in the Billing Address field. You can select a different address on the lookup.  The Address lookup lists addresses for the client name that you specify in the Billing Client field.
