Add Project Examples (Block 11)

When you use the Add Projects option to enter a project into Block 11 of the SF254, Vision enters data into the Profile Code column. It enters data for the first three Project Codes on the Background tab, Project Codes grid, of the Project Info Center record.

If the project has more than three codes, you can add additional profile codes to the Profile Code column.

To add profile codes, complete the following steps:

1. Select the Profile Codes column for the project.
2. Click Add Profile Codes.
3. On the Select Items dialog box, select the profile codes in the Available column and click Right -> to move them to the Selected Items column.
4. Use the Up and Down buttons to change the sequence of the profile codes.
5. Click OK.
