Drill Down on Graphs

If a report includes a graph, you can drill down from the graph, from graphed values for which the drill-down option is available from the report itself.

You can only drill down for detail if the report is in preview mode. If you click to display it in page layout mode, the drill down links are no longer active.

To drill down for detail from a graph, complete the following steps:

1. Preview a report or favorite that includes a graph.
2. Click the bar or slice for the graphed value for which you want to view more detail. Vision opens a window that displays more information about the item from which you drilled down.
