Delete a Global Transfer Reason

When you delete a global transfer reason, the deleted reason is no longer available to Timesheet users. However, deleting a reason from the grid does not delete the reason from any existing timesheets.

To delete a global transfer reason, complete the following steps:
  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > Time & Expense > Company Timesheet.
  2. Click the Timesheet Audit tab on the Company Timesheet Configuration form.
  3. On the Global Transfer Reasons grid, click the row that contains the reason you want to delete.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Delete. Vision deletes the revision from the grid.
  5. Click Save.
