Save a Set of Batch Billing Options

You can save sets of Batch Billing options to minimize setup time when you run batches.

To save a set of Batch Billing options, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Batch Billing.
  2. On the Billing Session Options dialog box, select session options, and click OK.
  3. On the Main tab of the Batch Billing form, select options.
  4. Click the Organize button.
  5. On the Organize Options dialog box, select the folder in which you want to store the set of options:
    Option Description
    Global Options The sets of options in this folder are available to anyone with the appropriate security access.
    Personal Options The sets of options in this folder are available only to you.
  6. In the Save Name field, enter a unique name for the saved set.
  7. Click Save.
