Open a Record from a Dashpart

For dashparts that include a list of records, you can open a record directly from a dashpart.

To open a record, complete the following steps:

1. Click Dashboard at the top of the screen.
2. Click anywhere on the name of the record.

   The corresponding form displays. For example, if you click the name of a client record, the General tab of the Client Info Center displays.

3. Click Dashboard to redisplay the Dashboard.
