You can select columns and records and set the layout of dashparts on your dashboard.

You decide how you want your dashparts to display on the Dashboard. You can select the overall way in which dashparts are arranged. You can also drag and drop individual dashparts to the location you wish. - Add Records to Dashparts

You can hide a dashpart that is currently displayed on your Dashboard. There must be at least one dashpart on the screen at all times. No data is removed or deleted when you hide a dashpart. - Hide All Dashparts Except the Current One
You can hide all but one of the dashparts currently displayed on your Dashboard. There must be at least one dashpart on the screen at all times. No data is removed or deleted when you hide a dashpart. - Show Unused Dashparts
You can add or remove any dashpart to which you have access. Your access is determined by your security role. Unused dashparts are those that you previously configured and hid, or that another user has configured and shared with your security role. - Delete a Dashpart
You can permanently delete a dashpart that you created. However, if the dashpart is not a personal dashpart, then it will be removed from your dashboard and returned to the list of Unused Dashparts. It will not be deleted permanently. - Modify a Dashpart Name

You can remove a dashpart from the Dashboard and return it to the list of Unused Dashparts. - Reinstate a Dashpart
If you have hidden or removed a dashpart, you can return it to your Dashboard. - Save a Dashboard for Other Users
If you have the appropriate rights, you can copy the layout and data currently available on your Dashboard and use it to overwrite another user's Dashboard with the same layout and data.
