Deltek Vision Microsoft Office® Integration

Microsoft® Office Integration makes it possible to integrate Vision information with Microsoft Word®, Microsoft PowerPoint®, and Microsoft Outlook®.

With Microsoft Integration, you can do the following:

  • Share client, contact, lead, and activity information
  • Insert Vision client, contact, opportunity, and project record information, or Text Library text, into PowerPoint presentations
  • Search the Text Library for data for your Word documents
  • Generate Vision clients, contacts, leads, and activities—and search the database—directly from your desktop

The Outlook portion of Microsoft Office Integration is disabled for users who have the Vision Connect for Microsoft Outlook module installed on their workstation. Users can use one or the other, but not both.

To use this feature, you must have the Deltek Vision CRM module installed and download the Microsoft Office Integration files and system requirements. Also, the DLL must be registered for each user of a client machine. The installation process automatically registers the user that does the install, but others will need to register manually.
