Microsoft Outlook Integration Overview

Outlook Integration shares contact and email information between Vision and Microsoft Outlook. Contact information is validated for data synchronization purposes.

You can share, in Vision, all email communications that are sent or received through Outlook. When an email message is sent or received in Outlook, you have the option to save the email in Vision. This email message automatically becomes a Vision activity that is linked to its associated contacts and clients.

When you send email messages, you can use the Vision Address Book to access your Vision contact and lead email lists from Outlook.

Outlook Integration is not available if you are using Connect for Microsoft Outlook.
