Delete a Cached Invoice Template File

You can use the Report Administration utility to delete cached invoice template files.

To delete cached invoice template files:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Report Administration.
2. Click the Database Cleanup tab. The Total Cached Invoice Templates field displays the total number of cached invoice templates that will be deleted, based on the number of days you entered. This total does not include orphaned reports.
3. Click Delete Cached Invoice Templates to delete the cached invoice template files that are older than or equal to the specified number of days. Vision prompts you to confirm the deletion.
