Inventory Reservation Pick List

Use the Inventory Reservation Pick List as a pick list for filling requests from inventory.

The header section of the Inventory Reservation Pick List displays the related item request number, date, name, and authorization. It also provides spaces for the requestor's signature and the signature of the person filling the request.

The body of the report displays the following for the requested inventory items:

• Quantity reserved
• Unit of measure
• Date on which the items are needed
• Location of the items
• Quantity on hand

The last column is Quantity Picked. Use that column to write down the quantities as you pick inventory items.
