Purchase Requisition and Price Quote

Use the Purchase Requisition and Price Quote report to review data from purchase requisitions and requests for price quotes.

The report can contain one or all of these sections:

• General information — For each requisition, this part of the report displays the requestor, the status of the requisition, the item requested, the quantity, the price, and so on.
• Suggested vendors — This section displays information about the suggested vendors for the requested items.
• Cost distribution — This section displays information about how item costs are allotted to projects, phases, and tasks.

  More than one project can share the cost of a requested item. In that case, the report displays the percentage of the overall cost distributed to each project, phase, or task. The report also indicates what portion of the item cost is billable to the corresponding project, phase, or task.

Multicompany

If you use the Multicompany feature, this report only displays data for the active company.

Options Dialog Box

Use the Options dialog box to specify reporting options for a report. Depending on the report, the dialog box contains one or more of the following tabs: General, Sorting/Grouping, Columns, Budget, Metrics, User Defined Sections, Activity, Drill Down, Layout, and Graph.
