View a Visualization Map

To view a visualization map, display it in the Visualization window. After you display a visualization map, you have many options in the Visualization window for changing your view of the data.

To view a visualization map on the Visualization window, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Reporting > Visualization.
2. To select the visualization, click anywhere in the grid row for that report.

   Both standard and favorite visualizations are listed in the Reports grid. Favorite visualizations have either Personal or Global in the Type column.

3. Click the Options column, and then click to display the Options dialog box.
4. Select the visualization options you want.
5. Click Apply.
6. To restrict the records included in the visualization, click the Selection column in the Reports grid and click to display the Lookup dialog box.
7. On that dialog box, specify the criteria for selecting data for the visualization.
8. Click Apply.
9. Click Preview on the Reporting toolbar.

   Vision opens the visualization map in the Visualization window.
