You can base your current plan on a historical plan if the current opportunity or project is similar in scope and resource requirements to a plan your firm developed in the past.

What is copied when you copy All information?

When you copy All, the following information copies into the new plan:

• Work breakdown structure

• Scheduling information

• Resource assignments

• Budget data

What is copied when you copy only the Plan Structure?

When you copy the Plan Structure, the following information copies into the new plan:

• Work breakdown structure

• Scheduling information

• Resource assignments

The following information is not copied:

• Planned Hours, Cost, and Billing values

• Baseline Hours, Cost, and Billing values

What is copied when you copy only the Top Down Plan?

When you copy Top Down Plan, the following information copies into the new plan:

• Top down fee data

• Top down budget data
