Grid Column Views

You can drag and drop columns, use the right-click menu, and move the freeze bar to configure your view of the columns that display on the Planning grids. You can change the order in which the columns display on the Planning grids.

When you right-click the top of each column header, Vision displays a drop-down list and you can select one of the following options:

Option	Description
Set Freeze Pane	Select this option to lock the view of the left side of the grid and disable the scrollbar.
Clear Freeze Pane	Select this option to unlock the left side of the grid, which allows you to use the scrollbar to move across the grid columns.
Hide Column	Select this option to hide the column.
Show Columns	Select this option to display the Columns Configuration dialog box. Select the hidden columns that you want to show, and click OK.

Each grid also has a freeze bar. Slide this bar to the right to customize your view of the Planning grid's left side. Columns to the left of the bar remain visible whenever you open the tab. After you configure your view, the columns that display on the Planning grid remain the same each time that you display the Labor, Expenses, Consultants, or Units tab.
