Review Credit Card Transactions

You can search for and view credit card transactions. The search results include credit card charges that are imported from your credit card company into Vision and credit card charges that are entered on expense reports and AP disbursements in Vision.

To search for and view credit card transactions, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Accounting > Credit Cards > Credit Card Review.
2. On the Credit Card Review form, enter search criteria in the Credit Card Transaction Filter section.
3. In the Credit Card Transaction Filter section, click the Refresh Credit Card Transactions button. The search results display in the Credit Card Transactions grid.
4. To view more information for a credit card transaction in the grid, select the transaction and then click Details on the grid toolbar.
