View User Activity

Use this utility whenever you need to review which applications Vision users are accessing and the date/time of their most recent activity.

To view user activity:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > User Activity.
2. On the User Activity form, review the names of the users, the applications on which they performed actions, and the date and time of the most recent activity. If the Log User Activity option is selected on the Audit Trail tab on the General System Settings, then the log in and log out information displays in place of the application and last access time log information.
