Select a Transaction or a Group of Transactions
To work with labor, expense, or unit transactions for billing purposes, you must first select a transaction or a group of transactions.
When you select a group of transactions, you must change the status for the total amount of the transaction. To change the status for a portion of a transaction, you select the individual transaction line.
To select transactions, complete the following steps:
- From the Vision Navigation menu, click .
- On the Interactive Billing form, open the project.
- Click the Labor, Expenses, or Units tab.

Select one of the following actions:
- To select a single transaction, click the record selector box to the left of the transaction line.
- To select consecutive transactions, click the box next to the first transaction, press and hold down the SHIFT key, and click the last transaction.
- To select non-consecutive transactions, click the box next the to first transaction, press and hold down the CTRL key, and click the record selector for each transaction line that you want.
