Employee Merge Codes for SF255 Proposals

Employee merge codes are available for SF255 proposals. Use these merge codes to replace BLOB codes on an SF255 Employees merge template. These merge codes work only in modified 255 merge templates that you make from an Employees merge template in the default SF255 merge template set.

To make a modified merge template, use the SF255 Template Editor. After you make a modified 255 merge template from the Consultants, Employees, or Projects default SF255 templates, you can modify it by entering these merge codes.

You cannot use Employee merge codes in:

  • Modified SF255 merge templates that you make from a non-Employees default SF255 merge template
  • The SF255 default templates themselves
  • An SF254 or Custom Proposals merge template
