This is a standard report that displays detailed information for assets, such as associated books, calculations, and asset status.

Field | Description |
Report Name
|
This field displays the default report name. You can change the default report name.

Book
|
From the drop-down list, select the GL book on which the report will be based.

Calculation
|
This section contains calculation methods used for the asset. Select the check box or check boxes of the calculation method of the equipment that you want to include in the report.

Status
|
This section contains status options for the asset. Select the check box or check boxes of the status of the equipment that you want to include in the report.

Date Range
|
This section contains two options that you can use to narrow the information displayed on the report, based on a date range.

Time Frame
— Use this option if you want to use a time frame as the basis for the date range. The
Time Frame
option has a drop-down list that you can use to select the time frame that you need.
- Period Range — Use this option if you want to use periods as the basis for the date range. The
Period Range option has two drop-down lists that you can use to select the start period and end period.
