Select Graphics for an SF255 Proposal

If graphics files are connected to an employee or project record on the Files tab of the Employees or Projects Info Center, you can use the Select Graphics option to enter the graphic file into Block 7, 8, or 9 of an SF255 proposal.

If you insert graphic(s) on any page of an SF255 proposal, you must modify the merge template for that page to add a graphics placeholder for each graphics file, specifying its dimensions and location on the page. Deltek recommends that you add several graphics placeholders to each page. Add them to each location where you may want to have a graphic now or in the future. Unused placeholders are deleted when you run a graphics macro.

To insert one or more graphics, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Proposals > SF255 Proposals.
2. Click the Employees,Projects, or Federal tab.
3. Click Select Graphics in one of the following blocks:
   • Block 7g for resumes
   • Block 8 for projects
   • Block 9 for Federal projects
4. In the Available column, click the graphic files to use, then click Right -> to move them to the Selected column.
5. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to put the graphics files into the sequence to use in the proposal.
6. Click Close, then click Save.
