Chart of Accounts Audit Detail

The Chart of Accounts Audit Detail report shows original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Chart of Accounts Info Center.

To see Vision user IDs and dates for the operations, generate the Chart of Accounts Audit report.

Image and Text Columns

For image or text columns (such as Memo fields), the report does not show the original and new values. Instead, it lists [image] or [text] for both the original value and new value to indicate there was a modification.

If an Account Record Is Deleted

If a chart of accounts record is deleted, the name of the account is blank wherever the account is listed on the report.

Configuration Setting

This report is only available if your system administrator has enabled Info Center auditing.

Options Dialog Box

Use the Options dialog box to specify reporting options for a report. Depending on the report, the dialog box contains one or more of the following tabs: General, Sorting/Grouping, Columns, Budget, Metrics, User Defined Sections, Activity, Drill Down, Layout, and Graph.
