Client Check
Click this option to check for duplicate records. If
Vision locates a duplicate record, the Potential Duplicate Records Found dialog box displays. The dialog box displays the name and number of the existing record that exactly matches the number that you are attempting to add. Review the records to be sure the record you are adding does not already exist in your database.
Run
Click this option to run the conversion process.
Vision displays the Confirm Run dialog box to warn you that the conversion makes permanent changes to the database. Click
Yes to continue the conversion.
