Replace Blanks with Zeros

You can replace blank amounts with zeros on reports.

To replace blanks with zeros, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click a cell that contains Vision data.
2. On the shortcut menu, select PivotTable Options.
3. In the For empty cells show field on the Layout & Format tab of the PivotTable Options dialog box, enter 0.
