Add a Project to a Billing Group

You can add a project to an existing billing group. The project must have the same charge type (regular, overhead, promotional) as the main project.

If you use the Multicurrency feature, the project must also have the same billing currency as the main project.

To add a project to a billing group:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Billing Groups.
  2. On the Billing Groups form, open the main project of the billing group.
  3. Select the project.
  4. Click Insert on the Billing Groups grid of the appropriate billing group.
  5. Select the project that you want to add to the billing group and click Select.
  6. Click Save.
