General Tab of Text Library Info Center

Use the General tab to add, copy, delete, edit, or review text segments to use in custom proposals, employee resumes, or project reports.

Field Description
Name Enter a name for the text record.
Description Click Edit and enter a short description of the text file.
Document Enter the actual text to store in this Text Library record.

Click Edit to use the Text Editor to enter information.

User Defined Currency Use this drop-down list to select a currency code for this text library record. This field displays if you use Multicurrency and you add a custom currency field to the Text Library Info Center.
